Don Mac Limited was incorporated in May, 2002. The company inherited all the assets and liabilities of Don Mac Ventures which was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in October, 1992. The company’s corporate head office and fabrication yard is located at Opete Waterside, Off DSC Expressway, Udu - Warri, Delta State. The company also maintains an Administrative and Project Office at Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

Ehidon Group was established in 2019 as a holding company to coordinate the management and administration of its subsidiaries. The companies that make up the group are Don Mac Limited, Don Mac Services Management Company Limited and Ehigho Lub Services Limited.
The Group also provides advisory services to the subsidiaries. This includes but not limited to finance and investment, new ventures, project management services, technical partnership, etc.
